This is the second reading of a resolution amending various rules of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the City of Tacoma, to clarify remote participation in meetings; add duties and expectations for members; revise the agenda order of business and Consent Agenda; update public comment and public forum periods; revise the Council Member vacancy appointment process; and provide minor revisions throughout for clarity, consistency, and gender-neutral language.
