make public requests for presentations at regular meetings of the City Council, and

City Manager to create and post an application to request to present at a City Council  
meeting.

Rules of Procedure of the Council of the City of Tacoma to clarify language  
and expectations, remove outdated citations, and revise the agenda order of  
business, as reviewed by the Operational Strategy and Administrative Committee.
