A resolution accepting grants and a loan from the Washington State Department of
Transportation, Public Works Board, and Transportation Improvement Board, in the
total amount of $10,642,746; and depositing said sum into the Capital Project funds,
together with $562,686 in matching City funds, budgeted from various funds, for a
cumulative total of $11,205,432, to fund Public Works projects, including pedestrian
facilities, ADA accessibility, roadway improvements, safety education, planning study,
and other transportation infrastructure improvements.
