An ordinance amending Chapter 12.09 of the Municipal Code, relating to
Solid Waste, Recycling, and Hazardous Waste, by amending Section 12.09.070,
entitled "Special Permits," to expand reporting requirements, clarify the City's
enforcement authority, and assist in the administration of related taxes and
deductions, effective January 1, 2025.
