A motion may be considered to authorize the City’s full and final settlement
of all claims against the City in the matter of Wooten v. City of Tacoma,
City of Tacoma Claim No. 17924-A, related to a vehicle collision occurring on
November 24, 2023, at the intersection of South 84th Street and Pacific Avenue,
upon payment by the City in the amount of $150,000 and execution of a release
in a form approved by the City Attorney.
