A resolution accepting a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development, in the amount of $3,739,551, and depositing said sum
into the Community and Economic Development Special Revenue Fund, for
formula-based entitlement programs; and authorizing the execution of agreements
with Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership
Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant.
