A resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement with
King County, in the amount of $1,914,510, and accepting and depositing said
sum into the Water Fund; and authorizing matching funds in the amount of
$638,170, budgeted from the Water Fund, for a cumulative total of $2,552,680,
to purchase approximately 600 acres within the Green River Municipal Watershed
in King County to further protect the high-quality drinking water source and
reduce the financial impact to customers.
