An ordinance adopting the Tideflats Subarea Plan as an element of the
One Tacoma Comprehensive Plan, by replacing the Container Port Element
and revising the Future Land Use Map and Land Use Designations, as
recommended by the Tideflats Steering Committee and Planning Commission,
effective January 5, 2026.
