Title: A motion may be made to authorize the City's full and final settlement of all claims against the City in the matter of The Estate of Wesley Evans v. City of Tacoma, et al., Pierce County Superior Court Cause No. 20-2-07562-6, related to an incident occurring on September 19, 2017 involving a fatality collision with a Tacoma Rail train near the intersection of Milwaukee Way and Lincoln Avenue, upon payment by the City in the amount of $1,500,000.00 and execution of a settlement agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney and consistent with the terms agreed to pursuant to CR 2A.
