Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance, in the amount of $395,052, equally
split with Pierce County, for external contracts that support community-based
violence interventions, retroactive to October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2028;
and authorizing the City Manager to sign the Certifications and Assurances.
