A resolution authorizing the execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with King County, in the amount of $112,500, accepting and depositing said sum into the Water Fund; and authorizing matching funds in the amount of $37,500, budgeted from the Water Fund, for a cumulative total of $150,000, for approximately 80 acres of forest land within the Green River Municipal Watershed in King County to further protect the high-quality drinking water source and reduce the financial impact to customers.
