A resolution awarding a contract to Mercy Housing Northwest, in the amount
of $2,000,000, plus applicable taxes, budgeted from the Special Revenue Fund,
for infrastructure improvements associated with the development of 80 affordable
housing units at the 35th and Pacific project, for an initial contract period through
June 20, 2025, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period -
Direct Negotiation.
