A resolution authorizing the execution of an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement
with the Port of Tacoma, for review and authorization of a flexible approach to the
shoreline public access provision under the Shoreline Master Program, for two years
or until such time as the Tideflats Subarea Plan is complete.
