An ordinance amending Chapter 12.06 of the Municipal Code, relating
to Electric Energy - Regulations and Rates, effective April 1, 2023, and
April 1, 2024; amending Section 12.06.225, to remove an out-of-date contract
requirement, effective April 1, 2023; and amending Section 12.06.300, to
adjust the cost for additional poles for private off-street lighting, effective
April 1, 2023.
