An ordinance amending Title 13 of the Municipal Code, relating to the
Land Use Regulatory Code, by amending various chapters to implement
the Tideflats Subarea Plan, including updates to land use, zoning, and
development standards, as recommended by the Tideflats Steering Committee
and Planning Commission, effective January 5, 2026.
