to exceed $600,000, plus applicable taxes, budgeted from the Wastewater and
Surface Water funds, for repairs to wastewater and stormwater mains on an
as-needed basis in various locations throughout the City, for an initial contract
period of one year, with the option to renew for one additional one-year period,
