An ordinance amending Subtitle 6A of the Municipal Code, relating to the
Tax Code, by amending various chapters to update utility tax rates from
six percent to seven and one-half percent, effective January 1, 2027, as
approved by the voters in Proposition No. 1 at the August 4, 2026, election.
