Nisqually Indian Tribe, in the amount of $4,831,162, budgeted from the
General Fund, to extend jail housing and services, for an amount not to exceed
$5,331,162, retroactive to April 1, 2026, through April 1, 2028, with the option to
renew for up to five additional one-year periods.
