A motion may be made to authorize the full and final settlement of
Claim No. W-094-23 against the City, related to damage to property
located at 5009 96th Avenue West in University Place, caused by a
leaking Tacoma Water side service water line, upon payment by the
City in the amount of $33,872.04 and execution of a release in a form
approved by the City Attorney.
