RESOLUTIONNO. 38349
1 A RESOLUTION relating to special projects; designating various projects as
2 special projects of limited duration; and designating benefits, pursuant to
the provisions of Sections 1.12.155, 1.24.187, 1.24.980 through
3 1.24.986, and 1.30.300 of the Tacoma Municipal Code and
Section 6.1 (h) of the Tacoma City Charter.

5 WHEREAS it is the desire of the City to designate the following
6 construction projects as special projects of limited duration, pursuant to the
7 provisions of Sections 1.24.980 of the Tacoma Municipal Code ("TMC") and
8 Section 6.1 (h) of the Tacoma City Charter: (1) Street Sign Retroreflectivity;
9 (2) SR509 Slip Ramps at East D Street; (3) Browning St. - Grandview to
10 Pioneer; (4) Stadium Way - S. 9th to Tacoma Avenue; (5) Alaska Street (from
