2 An ordinance of the City of - Tacoma, Washington
authorizing the issuance and sale of electric
3 system refunding revenue bonds of the City in
the aggregate principal amount of not to
4 exceed $150,000,000 for the purpose of
providing part of the funds required to
advance refund all the City's outstanding
5 light and power revenue bonds; authorizing
the execution of an escrow agreement related
6 to such refunding; fixing the date, form,
terms, and covenants of said bonds; estab-
7 lishing certain funds and inic-counts; estab-
lishing conditions for the issuance of
additional parity bonds and establishing
certain requirements related to the financing
9 of one or more separate utility systems.
