A resolution authorizing the execution of amended leases with Tacoma Community College (TCC) for two buildings located on the TCC Campus; and amending the Operation and Use Agreements with the Tacoma Area Coalition of Individuals with Disabilities Center and Tacoma Learning Communities, for continued services for persons with disabilities, from April 15, 2019, through April 15, 2024, with the option to renew in five-year increments.
