(First and Final Reading) An ordinance providing for the formation of
Local Improvement District No. 8669, establishing a grade and the
placement of upgraded permanent street pavement with a structural section,
together with the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, surface
water mains, and surface water catch basins, where needed on Fir Street,
from North 13th Street to North 15th Street.
