A resolution authorizing the execution of a grant agreement, and any associated
term extensions, with the Washington State Department of Transportation to accept
$1,315,000 for deposit into the Tacoma Rail Fund, to install new grade crossing
signalization equipment at multiple Lincoln Avenue and Port of Tacoma Road
locations, and authorizing City matching funds in the amount of $185,000.
