A resolution authorizing the execution of three interest-free loan agreements
with the Washington Department of Transportation, in the total amount of
$1,651,000, accepting and depositing said sum into the Tacoma Rail Fund,
and further authorizing matching City funds in the amount of $2,958,931,
to partially finance three separate railroad improvement projects.
