A resolution accepting a grant from the Puget Sound Regional Council, in the amount
of $3,645,000, and accepting and depositing said sum into the Tacoma Rail Fund, to
assist with acquisition of two zero-emission locomotives and installation of associated
on-site charging infrastructure.
