A resolution authorizing the execution of amendments to the Lease Agreements with
Tacoma Community College (TCC) for two buildings located on the TCC Campus,
and the execution of amendments to the Operation and Use Agreement with Tacoma
Area Coalition of Individuals with Disabilities Center and Tacoma Learning Community,
for continued use of buildings and extending the leases through April 15, 2029.
