in 2024; authorizing an annual increase of up to 6 percent annually to not exceed
the $0.50 rate for 2025-2029; and authorizing use of the 2029 levy amount as the base for computing levies in future years, per RCW 84.55. Qualifying seniors, veterans, and others would be exempt, per RCW 84.36.381.
