(First and Final Reading) An ordinance adopting additional findings and amending Section 6 of Ordinance No. 28430, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 28457 and 28477, by extending the sunset date for the declaration of the public emergency relating to the conditions of homeless encampments to December 31, 2019; and declaring an emergency, making necessary the passage of this ordinance, and it becoming effective immediately.
