A resolution and proposition to amend Article IX, Section 9.1 of the
Tacoma City Charter to allow sale or other transfer of City-owned waterfront
property only to other public agencies with a guarantee that the property will
stay in public ownership and be used only for park purposes, park structures,
or open space in perpetuity.
