BY REQUEST OF MAYOR BAARSMA AND COUNCIL MEMBERS FEY AND
2 LONERGAN
3 A RESOLUTION related to the operation of the City Council; changing the
regular meeting dates and times for the Government Performance and
4 Finance Committee.
5 WHEREAS, on March 9, 2004, the City Council adopted
6
Resolution No. 36123, establishing regular meeting times and locations for
7
8 six City Council Standing Committees, and
9 WHEREAS the Government Performance and Finance Committee
10 currently meets at 9:00 a.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday of every
I 1 month, and
12 WHEREAS the City Council has expressed its desire to have the time of
13
the meetings changed to 4:30 p.m. and to occur on the first, third, and fifth
14
Wednesday of every month; Now, Therefore,
15
16 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TACOMA:
17 That the portion of Exhibit "A" to Resolution No. 36123, establishing the
18 regular meeting dates and times of the Government Performance and Finance
